We coordinate airport pickup services so you are met on arrival and transported safely to your accommodation. Once you are settled, we assist with the essential administrative tasks: opening a UK bank account, collecting your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP), registering with a local GP, setting up a UK mobile phone, and navigating local transport options.
But our support goes beyond logistics. We understand that the first few weeks can be emotionally challenging as you adjust to a new culture, academic system, and way of life. We provide a dedicated support line for any questions or concerns, connect you with student communities and societies, and check in regularly to ensure you are thriving.
